Yes it's an all time favourite quote - best demonstrated by the mainstream media. I once asked a well known journalist I encountered at a social function about media bias ( we'd had a few drinks by then ) and she offered the opinion that it wasn't bias that was the problem but uniformity of perspective. Most journalists view an issue through the same prism and don't seem to be easily able to shift their vista.
Hence the popularity of blogs!!
